Ooh. This looks fun! I love using my blender pen with ink pads OR the baby wipe technique. It's fun, easy and you get a lot of bang out of it!

decoupage!! GLUE and Glitter and even TAPE!! Yippee!!!
Is messy a technique;)!??

I dunno if this is considered a technique, but I LOVE using my stampamajig and seeing when my sentiments are aligned JUST the way I want them to be. I was bothered to no end (before I got my SAMJ) seeing my sentiments go crooked or a little off-centered or something. Eeeek! Really got under my skin!
oh - and no, I don't have a blog yet. I'm thinking about it, tho. We'll see....

I'd have to say that the technique that gets the most wow factor is the faux batik technique. I love it!

my favorite trick is the one I learn next but besides embossing, I do a lot of distressing with a razor edge. I like to do it a lot on layers

WOW...great candy and congrats on your quick rise to so many hits! I love altering and distreessing. Before I throw anything away I look at it twice to make sure I can't make anything out of it. I'm a bit obsessive I think. :-)

Denise said...

My favorite technique is the shaving cream one...it's just so cool to make a watery background!

KayellWY said...

Congratulations on your growing number of hits! I just found you via a link on Allison's "Stampin' When I Can" blog. My favorite technique would have to be watercolor or inkwash. I love the effect. :)

Right now it seems I can't stop myself from "Paper Piercing" with a little "Faux Stitching" thrown in from time to time. I have beome a paper piercing maniac. I know own 3 paper piercing plastic grids from SU just in case I can't find one easily, I have back up!!! Now, would that be considered OCD? Love your blog, I'm keeping an eye on you!

Congrats on 1000 hits! Your blog is awesome! I guess my favorite technique would have to be paper piercing ... it adds to much yet isn't messy like some techniques, i.e. glitter, ep, etc.

Did someone say chocolate??? mmmm... Well, I have a hard time choosing techniques really. I suppose dry embossing, because the look of it is gorgeous and yet, it's the most difficult (physically) for me to do. I guess that's why I am so satisfied when I finish something that took so much work for me!

"nuff said...I have to go read the rest of the stuff here...

Your blog is fabboo, Ms. Tandra! And goodness gracious girlie! That bloggin' candy is way above and beyonnnnnnnnd!! Woohooooooo!

One of my fav techniques is using markers to color in a solid image on rubber, then misting with a wee bit of water. Next, apply that to your paper for a very cool watercolored effect!

And oh yes, Tandra! I've nominated you as a "Rockin' Girl Blogger"! Just vist my blog to "pick up" your Rockin' Girl Blogger banner, and start thinking of the blogs you'd like to share with us! *wink*

Congrats on all the blog hits! I have only been stamping for a year, but I do like using the sanding blocks on SU glossy white, then sponging ink on top for a linen-like background. I especially like this for fall with my Autumn Leaves set. Thanks for the chance to win blog candy!

In Color tips:
Soft Sky + Taken with Teal = WOW

Wild Wasabi looks great, believe it or not, with Lovely Lilac, Pretty in Pink and Barely Banana. Used that combo on a layout last night and the Wasabi really livens up the pastels.
